Can I get cashback when I return the gown?

Yes! We offer a R50 cashback as a thank-you for timely returns.

Make sure your gown is clean and undamaged.
Return it on or before the agreed date.
The cashback will be processed immediately after inspection.
This reward helps keep rentals affordable while encouraging responsibility.

What if the gown doesn’t fit or is unavailable?

We understand sizing is important:

If the gown doesn’t fit, contact us immediately. We can exchange it based on availability.
If your selected size or gown is unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives so you’re not left without a gown.
To avoid last-minute issues, we recommend booking early.

Do you deliver gowns, or is it collection only?

Collection: Pick up your gown from our store at a scheduled time.
Delivery: We can deliver directly to your home or campus address. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
